- Prepare the Patty Mixture by combining beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, ginger, soy sauce, and pineapple juice in a bowl.
- Form the Patties into 6 or 8 equal portions, about ¾ inch thick with a slight indentation in the center.
- Preheat the Grill to medium-high heat around 400°F and prepare onion and pineapple for grilling.
- Grill the Onion and Pineapple for about 3 minutes until grill marks appear.
- Cook the Burger Patties for 3 minutes on one side, then flip and grill for an additional 2 minutes.
- Add a slice of Havarti cheese on each patty in the last minute of grilling.
- Assemble the Aloha Burgers with mayo, lettuce, patties, grilled toppings, sauces, and optional toppings.
- Serve and enjoy with a side of fruity coleslaw or sweet potato fries.
