- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 9" oval baking dish and gather your ingredients.
- In a food processor, combine ricotta cheese, goat cheese, and a large egg. Add lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the cheese mixture into the greased baking dish and smooth the top.
- Evenly distribute fresh blackberries over the surface of the cheese mixture.
- Bake for about 30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the blackberries have released their juices.
