  • 1 tsp Fresh Cracked Black Pepper to taste
For the Topping
  • 2 cups Blackberries fresh
  • 2 tbsp Honey or agave syrup for vegan option

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 9" oval baking dish and gather your ingredients.
  2. In a food processor, combine ricotta cheese, goat cheese, and a large egg. Add lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the cheese mixture into the greased baking dish and smooth the top.
  4. Evenly distribute fresh blackberries over the surface of the cheese mixture.
  5. Bake for about 30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the blackberries have released their juices.
  6. Let cool slightly, then drizzle honey over the warm dip and garnish with thyme.
