Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Gather your ingredients: lobster tails, unsalted butter, minced garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, fresh lemon juice, and parsley.
  2. Place the lobster tails on a cutting board, shell-side up. Cut down the middle of the shell carefully. Gently pull the shell apart, exposing the meat while keeping it attached at the base.
  3. In a medium bowl, melt the unsalted butter. Add minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper, whisking until fully combined.
  4. Brush the butter mixture generously over the exposed lobster meat.
  5. Transfer the lobster tails to a baking sheet, meat-side up. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until the meat turns opaque and firm.
  6. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, then drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle chopped parsley before serving.
