Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil and minced garlic, seasoning with salt and pepper. Marinate the flank steak for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (204°C). Remove excess marinade from the flank steak.
  3. Cook the flank steak in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, for medium-rare doneness.
  4. Allow the cooked steak to rest for 5 minutes on a cutting board.
  5. In a large bowl, combine halved cherry tomatoes, diced mozzarella, and chopped basil. Drizzle with olive oil and toss gently.
  6. Slice the rested steak thinly against the grain and plate it on the salad. Drizzle balsamic glaze before serving.
