Step‑By‑Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce, 2 tablespoons sriracha, juice from 1 lime, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 tablespoon grated ginger, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper until smooth and creamy.

  4. Place the assembled Bang Bang Chicken Skewers on the preheated grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is golden brown and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  5. Make your dipping sauce by mixing 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce with 1/4 cup mayonnaise in a small bowl.
  6. Remove the skewers from the heat and let them rest for a few minutes before serving with the prepared sauce and garnish.
