- In a medium bowl, combine ketchup, honey, rice vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, paprika, salt, chili powder, and black pepper. Whisk the ingredients until fully blended.
- Cut the chicken into 1½-inch pieces and marinate in the mixture for at least 2 hours, ideally up to 24 hours.
- Chop the pineapple, bell peppers, and onion into bite-sized pieces.
- Assemble the kabobs by threading the marinated chicken, pineapple, bell peppers, and onion onto skewers, alternating them.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, then grill the skewers for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally.
