Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash all the berries gently under cool running water and pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel. Slice the watermelon in half, remove the rind, and cut it into ½-inch cubes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, carefully combine the watermelon cubes, quartered strawberries, whole blueberries, and whole blackberries. Sprinkle julienned mint on top.
  3. In a medium measuring cup, whisk together honey, fresh lime juice, lime zest, and olive oil until smooth and well combined.
