For the Dressing
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil Use good quality oil.
  • 2 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar Can substitute with lemon juice.
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano (dried) Fresh oregano can be used.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash the cucumbers, tomatoes, bell peppers, and onions. Chop them into bite-sized pieces.

  3. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, and dried oregano.
  4. Drizzle the dressing over the salad mixture and toss gently until coated.
