Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk or cream, salt, and pepper until frothy.
  3. Chop your chosen vegetables and proteins, and sprinkle them into each muffin cavity along with shredded cheese.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into each cavity, filling about three-quarters full.
  5. Gently stir the contents in each cavity for even distribution of ingredients.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 18 minutes, watching for a golden color on top.
  7. Allow to cool for about 5 minutes before gently removing the egg bites from the tin.
