- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk or cream, salt, and pepper until frothy.
- Chop your chosen vegetables and proteins, and sprinkle them into each muffin cavity along with shredded cheese.
- Pour the egg mixture into each cavity, filling about three-quarters full.
- Gently stir the contents in each cavity for even distribution of ingredients.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 18 minutes, watching for a golden color on top.
- Allow to cool for about 5 minutes before gently removing the egg bites from the tin.
