Preparation
- Slice the honeydew in half and remove seeds; cut flesh into bite-sized pieces.
- Arrange honeydew pieces on a serving platter; rinse and pat dry blackberries, then scatter them over the honeydew.
- Chiffonade the basil and sprinkle it over the salad.
- Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, and honey/maple syrup in a bowl until slightly thickened.
