Method
 

Directions
  1. Begin by washing the strawberries, blueberries, green grapes, and red grapes under cold water. Pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel.
  2. Slice the strawberries and apples into bite-sized pieces, and set them aside in a large mixing bowl. Slice the banana just before serving.
  3. In a separate small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and almond extract. Whisk together until smooth and creamy.
  4. Transfer the fruits into a large serving bowl and gently toss them together. Be careful not to mash any of the softer berries.
  5. Drizzle the honey yogurt dressing over the mixed fruit and gently fold to coat.
  6. Sprinkle chopped pecans or sunflower seeds over the top for added crunch. Lightly toss if desired.
