  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika Smoked paprika can elevate the smokiness.
For the Fresh Finish
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley Chopped, optional; chives can also be a delightful substitute!

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat, approximately 350°F (175°C). Allow about 10–15 minutes for the grill to reach the right temperature.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine halved baby potatoes, melted unsalted butter, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Toss until evenly coated.
  3. Cut an 18-inch piece of aluminum foil and place the coated potatoes in the center. Fold the foil over the potatoes, creating a sealed packet.
  4. Place the foil packet onto the preheated grill. Grill for 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally with tongs.
  5. Check potatoes for tenderness after about 20 minutes. If they need more time, reseal and grill for an additional 5-10 minutes.
  6. Once tender, open the foil packet and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
