Preparation Steps
- Generously spread softened butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- On the unbuttered side of one slice, spread a thin layer of green chutney.
- Layer thinly sliced boiled potatoes, cucumber, tomato, and onion on top of the chutney.
- Finish with cheese slices, then top with the second slice of bread, butter side facing up.
- Preheat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Grill the sandwich for 3-4 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Flip the sandwich and grill the other side for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from heat, let cool for a minute, then slice and serve warm.
