Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray and place one frozen dinner roll in each cavity.
  3. Cover the muffin tin with plastic wrap and let the rolls rise in a warm area for approximately 3 hours.
  4. Slice cherry tomatoes in half and set them aside.
  5. Gently press down on each roll to create dimples.
  6. Brush the tops of each roll with olive oil, sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese, and add oregano and halved cherry tomatoes.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  8. Cool slightly in the tin before transferring to a serving plate.
