Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Create Mixture: Combine raspberry puree, sugar, and corn syrup in a saucepan over medium heat.

  5. Cook: Continue cooking the gummy mixture over medium heat and monitor temperature.
  6. Add Citric Acid: Stir in dissolved citric acid after reaching the desired temperature.
  7. Fill Molds: Pour hot mixture into prepared molds, filling each cavity to the top.
  8. Cool: Allow filled molds to cool at room temperature for at least 2 hours.
  9. Unmold and Coat: Pop gummies from the molds and roll them in sugar.
