Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Slice your ripe bananas into ⅜" to ½" thick pieces and lay them out on a clean cutting board.
  2. Spread a generous layer of peanut butter on one banana slice and top it with another slice to create a sandwich.
  3. Arrange the banana sandwiches on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for about 30 minutes.
  4. Melt your chosen chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl or a double boiler until shiny.
  5. Dip each banana sandwich into the melted chocolate using a toothpick and place back on parchment paper.
  6. Transfer the chocolate-coated bites back to the freezer or refrigerator for another 15-20 minutes to harden.
