  • 2 tablespoons Pesto Sauce spread thinly
  • 8 ounces Burrata Cheese let sit at room temperature
  • 4 ounces Prosciutto thinly sliced
  • 4 ounces Salami thinly sliced
  • 2 cups Arugula fresh
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil preferably extra virgin

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Using a serrated knife, slice the focaccia in half lengthwise to create a base.
  2. Spread a thin layer of pesto on the bottom half of the sliced focaccia.
  3. Tear the burrata cheese into bite-sized pieces and distribute over the pesto layer.
  4. Evenly layer the prosciutto and salami on top of the burrata.
  5. Place a generous handful of arugula on top, then drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Press the top half of the focaccia down onto the arugula.
  7. Cut the sandwich into manageable portions and serve immediately with optional chips.
