Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine glutinous rice flour, granulated sugar, and a pinch of salt. Whisk together until evenly distributed.
  2. Gradually pour in coconut milk and 2 tablespoons of water while stirring the mixture continuously.
  3. Transfer the batter to a heatproof dish, spreading it evenly. Steam over medium heat for 20 to 25 minutes.
  4. While the dough is steaming, dollop small amounts of fresh mango puree onto a plate and freeze.
  5. Once the dough has cooled slightly, grease your hands and take a tablespoon of the dough, flatten it, place a frozen mango dollop in the center, and encase it.
  6. Roll each ball in shredded desiccated coconut until fully covered.
  7. Transfer the coated bliss balls to a plate and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving.
