Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by bringing a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add in your protein pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente, about 7-10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a spacious mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta with cooked chicken breast, then add crumbled bacon. Gently toss these ingredients together until evenly distributed.
  3. In a separate medium bowl, mix together the creamy cottage cheese, ranch seasoning mix, lemon juice, and dill pickle juice. Whisk until fully combined.
  4. Pour the prepared dressing over the pasta mixture and carefully fold until all ingredients are well mixed.
  5. Gently fold in the halved cherry tomatoes and chopped romaine lettuce, being careful not to over-mix.
  6. Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator. Chill for at least 30 minutes to enhance flavor.
