  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree do not substitute with pumpkin pie filling
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract use pure vanilla for best results
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice or mix 1/4 tsp cinnamon with 1/8 tsp each of nutmeg and ginger

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Bring 2 cups of water to a gentle boil in a medium saucepan. Remove from heat and add 2-3 chai tea bags, steep for 5–7 minutes.
  2. Whisk in 1 cup of milk and 1/2 cup of pumpkin puree into the saucepan over low heat, stirring until steaming.
  3. Stir in 2 tablespoons of maple syrup, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice, whisking until combined.
  4. Froth the latte using a milk frother or whisk until frothy, then pour into a mug and top with pumpkin pie spice.
