Step‑by‑Step Instructions
- Begin by placing the Reduced-Fat Oreos in a zip-top bag. Crush them into fine crumbs for even mixing, or pulse briefly in a food processor.
- Take your cream cheese out of the refrigerator and let it soften at room temperature for 15 to 20 minutes or microwave for 10 to 15 seconds.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and the crushed Oreos. Gradually add in protein powder, mixing after each addition. If too dry, add milk one tablespoon at a time.
- Using a tablespoon, scoop out portions and roll into bite-sized balls, about 1 inch in diameter. Place each on a parchment-lined tray.
- Chill the trays in the refrigerator for at least one hour or in the freezer for 30 minutes until firm.
- Optionally, roll the balls in extra crushed Oreos, cocoa powder, or shredded coconut before serving.
