  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce low-sodium preferred
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder or fresh minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika or regular paprika
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes adjust for spice level
For the Base
  • 2 cups Cooked Rice white or brown rice, or quinoa
For Toppings
  • 1 cup Carrots shredded
  • 1 cup Cucumbers sliced
  • 1 cup Radishes sliced
  • 1 cup Green Onions chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds optional for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon Cilantro for garnish, or parsley
For the Spicy Mayo
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha adjust for heat level
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce

Instructions
  1. Prepare Spicy Mayo: In a mixing bowl, combine 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons sriracha, 1 tablespoon lime juice, and 1 teaspoon soy sauce. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  2. Cook Shrimp: Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until shrimp are pink and opaque.
  3. Prepare Rice Base: Cook 2 cups of rice according to package instructions. Fluff with a fork and divide into four bowls.
  4. Assemble Bowls: Top each rice bowl with sautéed shrimp. Add assorted toppings like carrots, cucumbers, radishes, avocado, and green onions.
  5. Finish with Garnish: Drizzle spicy mayo over bowls, sprinkle with sesame seeds and cilantro. Serve immediately.
