Step-by-Step Instructions for Green Olive Dip
  1. In a food processor, combine 8 oz of softened cream cheese and ¼ cup of mayonnaise. Blend until smooth and creamy for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Add ½ teaspoon of onion powder and ½ teaspoon of garlic powder. Pulse briefly to incorporate these flavors for about 30 seconds.
  3. Drain a cup of green olives with pimento and add them to the food processor. Pulse gently until slightly chunky, around 15-20 seconds.
  4. Stir in 1 tablespoon of olive brine and blend for another 15 seconds, adding more brine gradually until desired consistency is reached.
  5. Transfer the dip into a bowl, cover tightly with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
