  3. Sauté the Aromatics: Add chopped onion and minced garlic to skillet. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until onion is translucent.
  4. Incorporate Tomato Paste: Stir in tomato paste and cook for 1-2 minutes to deepen flavor.
  5. Add the Broth: Pour in beef broth, simmer for 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  6. Create the Creamy Sauce: Stir in Greek yogurt or cottage cheese and shredded cheese until smooth. Adjust consistency with pasta water if needed.
  7. Combine Pasta and Sauce: Toss cooked penne into the sauce, cook for 1-2 minutes over low heat.
