Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a medium baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and mayonnaise, blending until smooth. Mix in salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Gently fold in the chopped hard-boiled eggs.
  4. Stir in most of the shredded cheddar cheese, reserving some for topping.
  5. Transfer the dip mixture into the greased baking dish, spread evenly, and top with reserved cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown on top.
  7. Let it sit for 5 minutes before serving warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or toasted bread.
