  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth or vegetable broth

  • 1 cup Heavy Cream or light cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
For the Gnocchi
  • 1 pound Potato Gnocchi frozen works well
  • 2 cups Fresh Baby Spinach or other leafy greens

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Slice the chicken breasts lengthwise into thin cutlets and season them with garlic powder and lemon pepper.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil and butter, then cook the chicken until golden brown on both sides.
  3. Lower the heat to medium, add minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Deglaze the pan with chicken broth and lemon juice, scraping up browned bits.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream and frozen potato gnocchi, cover, and cook until gnocchi is tender and sauce thickens.
  6. Remove from heat, stir in parmesan cheese and spinach, then add back the chicken, season with salt and pepper to taste.
