  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 6 ounces Queso Fresco feta cheese as substitute
  • 1 tablespoon Dried Cilantro, Chopped fresh cilantro can be used if available
For the Topping
  • 2 ounces Additional Queso Fresco sprinkle more after baking
  • 0.5 teaspoon Chili Powder final sprinkle before baking

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine frozen corn, mayonnaise, sour cream, 1 ½ teaspoons of chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and 4 ounces of queso fresco until blended.
  3. Transfer the corn mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining ½ teaspoon of chili powder over the top, then bake for 35 to 40 minutes until edges are bubbling and golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and top with the remaining 2 ounces of queso fresco and sprinkle with dried cilantro.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
