For the Garlic Parmesan Sauce

Directions
  1. Begin by removing the wing tips and cutting the wings at the joint. Pat the chicken wings thoroughly with paper towels until they are completely dry.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss the dried chicken wings with baking powder, and salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) while you arrange the seasoned wings.
  4. Place the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry the chicken wings for 25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  5. Increase the air fryer temperature to 420°F (215°C) and cook for an additional 5 minutes or until the skin is crispy and golden.
  6. Prepare your sauce variations while the wings cook. For Buffalo wings, melt butter and mix with hot sauce.
  7. Carefully take out the chicken wings and toss them immediately in your chosen sauce.
  8. Serve your crispy air fryer chicken wings right away with your favorite dipping sauces and crunchy vegetables.
