- Mix the eggs with ground flaxseed, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Then add cauliflower rice and cheddar cheese, stirring until combined.
- Preheat the waffle iron to medium-high and grease the plates.
- Spoon half of the mixture onto the hot waffle iron and close the lid. Cook for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove the chaffle and let it cool on a wire rack. Repeat the process with the remaining mixture.
