Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, crumble feta cheese and mix with herbs, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
  3. Layer phyllo dough with olive oil, stacking 3-4 sheets while brushing each layer.
  4. Cut phyllo into 4 inch wide strips.
  5. Place a spoonful of filling at one end of each strip and roll tightly, tucking edges in.
  6. Brush tops with olive oil and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Combine honey and a pinch of chili flakes in a saucepan over low heat and drizzle over rolls after baking.
