  3. Bread the Zucchini: Coat each slice in flour, dip in egg, and then cover in the breadcrumb mixture. Chill for 15 minutes if desired.
  4. Fry: Heat oil to 350°F and fry zucchini slices in small batches for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
