Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Place the cheese balls in the freezer for 30-60 minutes to ensure they hold their shape during frying.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pot to 350°F using a kitchen thermometer.
  5. Roll the chilled cheese balls in flour, dip in the egg mixture, then coat in breadcrumbs.
  6. Carefully lower the breaded cheese balls into the hot oil and fry for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
