- In a medium bowl, whisk together cream cheese and butter until smooth. Stir in cream of chicken soup, minced garlic, chicken broth, and dry Italian dressing mix until combined.
- Place fresh chicken breasts in the crockpot and pour the sauce over them. Cook on LOW for 5-6 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred chicken in the crockpot and mix it into the creamy sauce.
- Boil salted water in a large pot, add angel hair pasta, and cook until al dente, about 3-4 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Serve cooked pasta with the creamy shredded chicken mixture on top, garnished with parsley and Parmesan.
