Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Crockpot Chicken Ramen
  1. Begin your Easy Crockpot Chicken Ramen by placing the boneless, skinless chicken breasts at the bottom of your crockpot.
  2. Pour in the low-sodium chicken broth followed by water, then stir in soy sauce, garlic powder, ground ginger, salt, and pepper.
  3. Next, add the sliced mushrooms and chopped bok choy or spinach right into the crockpot.
  4. Cover the crockpot with its lid and set it to cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3 hours.
  5. About 15 minutes before you’re ready to serve, bring a separate pot of water to a boil. Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions.
  6. Once the cooking time has finished, carefully remove the chicken breasts from the crockpot. Shred the chicken using two forks and return it to the crockpot.

  8. Feel free to garnish with optional toppings like soft-boiled eggs, sliced green onions, or sesame seeds.
