  1. Begin by placing the chicken breasts in your slow cooker, ensuring they are layered evenly at the bottom.
  2. Add the yellow onion and minced garlic directly onto the chicken, then pour in the chunky salsa.
  3. Sprinkle the paprika, ground cumin, chili powder, ground coriander, sea salt, and black pepper over the mixture. Squeeze the lime juice on top.
  4. Cover the slow cooker and set it to cook on high for 3 hours or low for 6 hours.
