Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by browning the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess grease.
  2. In your slow cooker, add the browned ground beef, frozen mixed vegetables, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, and paprika. Stir until well combined.
  3. Cover your slow cooker and set it to low. Allow to cook for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  4. About 15 minutes before cooking time is up, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top. Cover to let cheese melt.
  5. Once done, stir thoroughly to combine melted cheese with the dish and serve warm, either on its own or with crusty bread.
