- Begin by browning the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess grease.
- In your slow cooker, add the browned ground beef, frozen mixed vegetables, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, and paprika. Stir until well combined.

- About 15 minutes before cooking time is up, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top. Cover to let cheese melt.
