Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper or spritz with cooking spray.
  3. Combine cottage cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, chili flakes, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl. Stir well.
  4. Drop 2-inch circles of the cottage cheese mixture onto the air fryer basket, spacing them about 1/2 inch apart.
  5. Lightly drizzle olive oil over the tops of the chips.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, gently flipping the chips at the halfway mark.
