- Combine cottage cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, chili flakes, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl. Stir well.
- Drop 2-inch circles of the cottage cheese mixture onto the air fryer basket, spacing them about 1/2 inch apart.
- Lightly drizzle olive oil over the tops of the chips.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, gently flipping the chips at the halfway mark.
