  3. Let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes to thicken.
  4. Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet into a thin, even layer.
  5. Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top, if using.
  6. Bake for approximately 90 minutes, rotating halfway through.
  7. Remove from oven and cool completely on a wire rack before breaking or cutting.
