Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Wash the cucumbers thoroughly and slice them thinly, around 1/4 inch thick. Optionally salt the slices and let them sit in a colander for about 10 minutes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers, crumbled feta cheese, and chopped herbs. Pour in the lemon juice and gently toss the ingredients together.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the salad and season with salt and black pepper. Toss again to combine evenly.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
  5. Serve chilled, garnished with additional fresh herbs if desired.
