Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine old-fashioned oats, chopped walnuts, and sesame seeds. Pour in melted coconut oil, honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon, mixing until evenly coated and sticky.
  3. Grease mini tart pans with coconut oil. Press about three tablespoons of granola mixture into each tart pan, compacting it well.
  4. Bake for 15 to 17 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Remove from oven and press down the center of each crust to help them hold their shape.
  6. Allow the crusts to cool completely in the pans for about 10-15 minutes.
  7. Once cool, gently remove the crusts and spoon in Greek yogurt, smoothing it evenly across each tart shell.
  8. Top each tart with mixed fruits, arranging them artfully for a vibrant presentation.
