  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken breasts in the marinade and let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (375°F to 450°F) with clean, oiled grates.
  3. Grill the marinated chicken for 3-4 minutes then flip and cook for an additional 3 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 185°F.
