  • 1/3 cup Sweetener Maple syrup, honey, or agave

  • 1 cup Fresh or Frozen Fruit Like strawberries or mango
  • 2 tablespoons Nut Butters Peanut butter or almond butter

Method
 

Making the Frozen Yogurt
  1. Whisk the yogurt and sweetener together in a medium mixing bowl until smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn for 10-15 minutes until thick and resembling soft-serve.
  3. If no ice cream maker, freeze the mixture in an ice cube tray for 4-6 hours, then blend until smooth.
  4. Add your favorite mix-ins, blend thoroughly, and customize your flavors.
  5. Serve immediately for soft-serve or transfer to an airtight container for later.
