For the Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Soyaki (or Teriyaki Sauce) Regular teriyaki sauce can be used as a substitute.
  • 1 cup Thai-style Red Curry Sauce Use a prepared simmer sauce for the best results.
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk Substitute with regular milk and yogurt if sensitive to coconut.
  • 3 cloves Minced Garlic Fresh garlic recommended.
  • 1/2 cup Water Adjust for optimal sauce consistency.
For Garnishing
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro Optional.
  • 2 tablespoons Green Onions Chives can also work as a substitute.
  • Crunchy Chili Onion (chili crisp) Optional garnish.

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the Soyaki, Thai-style red curry sauce, coconut milk, minced garlic, and a splash of water until smooth and creamy.
  3. Take your baking dish and arrange about 20 frozen potstickers in a single layer. Pour the prepared sauce over the dumplings.
  4. Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
  5. Remove the foil and garnish with fresh cilantro, sliced green onions, and a sprinkle of crunchy chili onion.
