Step‑by‑Step Instructions

  3. Finely chop the steamed broccoli or pulse in a food processor.

  5. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until evenly distributed.
  6. Form the mixture into 2-tablespoon patties and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
