- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper and cooking spray.

- Finely chop the steamed broccoli or pulse in a food processor.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped broccoli with cheddar cheese, eggs, and almond flour. Mix well.

- Form the mixture into 2-tablespoon patties and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
