  • 1 cup Bell Peppers Diced, mix of red and green
  • 1 cup Black Olives Sliced
  • 8 oz Mozzarella Cheese Cubed
For the Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Italian Dressing Store-bought or homemade
For Garnish
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley Chopped

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Boil a large pot of water, add salt, and cook the rotini pasta until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, gather halved cherry tomatoes, diced bell peppers, sliced black olives, cubed mozzarella cheese, and chopped parsley.
  3. Add cooled pasta to the bowl and gently mix with the other ingredients.
  4. Pour Italian dressing over the salad and toss thoroughly to coat.
