Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add linguine and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Add broccoli in the last 3 minutes of cooking; drain together reserving pasta water.
  2. Season the steak with smoked paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear the steak for 2-3 minutes on each side. Transfer to a plate and cover.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in crushed red pepper flakes, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice. Stir in parsley and chives.
  4. Add drained linguine and broccoli to the skillet. Gradually incorporate reserved pasta water until creamy. Mix in the steak until warmed.
  5. Serve the Pasta with Steak topped with extra Parmesan cheese and optional fresh parsley.
