Step-by-Step Instructions for Zesty Spicy Crab Cucumber Salad
- Wash and dry the mini cucumbers thoroughly. Julienne the cucumbers into thin strips and shred the imitation crab into thin pieces. Set both aside in a large mixing bowl.
- In the bowl with your julienned cucumbers and shredded imitation crab, gently toss the ingredients together. If using, add half of the panko bread crumbs to this mixture.
- Pour approximately ¾ of the spicy mayo over the combined mixture and fold gently, ensuring all pieces are coated.
- Sprinkle remaining panko bread crumbs on top of the salad and drizzle any additional spicy mayo if desired. Serve immediately.
