  2. Make the Vanilla Chia Pudding: In a mixing bowl, combine chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Whisk for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Combine and Chill: Layer half of the pudding in jars, add raspberry swirl, top with remaining pudding. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Serve: Stir pudding gently to redisperse swirl, add toppings, and enjoy chilled.
