  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar sweetens the mixture
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice blend of warm spices
For the Coffee Layer
  • 1 cup Espresso or Strong Coffee cooled
  • 16 pieces Ladyfingers (Savoiardi) opt for crisp store-bought
For the Topping
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder lightly dusted on top

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Combine the filling ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth and creamy.
  2. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then gently fold into the pumpkin mixture.
  3. Brew the coffee and let it cool for 10 minutes.
  4. Dip each ladyfinger in the cooled coffee briefly and layer at the bottom of the dish.
  5. Spread half of the pumpkin mascarpone cream over the ladyfingers.
  6. Repeat the dipping and layering process with the remaining ladyfingers and filling.
  7. Chill the assembled tiramisu for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.
  8. Dust the top with cocoa powder before serving, and slice into squares.
