Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of Greek yogurt with 1 cup of chopped fresh strawberries and 2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup. Stir until well-blended.
  2. Spoon the strawberry yogurt mixture into silicone molds or onto a tray lined with parchment paper. Press down gently to remove air pockets.
  3. Place the molds or tray in the freezer. Freeze for 2-3 hours until solid.
  4. Remove the cheesecake bites from the molds or tray. Serve with optional toppings.
